I am a young artist with two strong passions within art. I thoroughly enjoy both design and painting.
I have without hesitation chosen Graphic Design as my career focus. I graduated from Massachusetts
College of Art and Design in May of 2008 with my BFA in Graphic Design. My first job out of college
was working in the design department of Trinity, a small marketing firm in Boston. My position at Trinity
showed me how closely related marketing and design are in the industry. I also knew that I eventually
wanted to go back to school and it didn’t take me long to find a way. I am currently attending Massasoit
Community College Part-time to get my associates degree in Business and Marketing thanks to the
opportunity presented by current position with a retail company.
Working in retail the past couple of years has helped me grow as an individual. I developed a stronger
confidence and obtained skills that will transfer well when I re-submerge myself into the design world.
I look forward to my next opportunity in graphic design and am eager to re-enter the design community,
as that is my true passion.
